Transgender Resources

The Eskenazi Gender Health Program provides primary care and specialty services for older adolescent and adult transgender patients of all gender identities. The first of its kind in Indiana, the program combines primary care and other comprehensive services with surgical options. The Gender Health Program is designed to fill a void by providing high-quality, affirming care and support for gender-diverse populations in Indiana and surrounding areas.

GenderNexus is bringing transgender and nonbinary communities together across Indiana to foster a community that is healthy, informed, and empowered by increasing access to care in all seven dimensions of wellness. By providing a safe space for community engagement, GenderNexus can help navigate and eradicate social and systemic barriers.

Legal Resources

The LGBT Project of Indiana Legal Services is a statewide legal assistance program providing legal advocacy and representation to LGBT people in Indiana. Our goal is to address the disproportionate rates of poverty and violence in the LGBT community by assisting in issues that cause and affect poverty, violence, and discrimination.
